Hi, I’m Lindsay—women’s health coach, movement enthusiast, and anti-diet culture advocate.
For years, I watched women, including myself, struggle with the endless cycle of diets, guilt, and unrealistic expectations. So many of us are juggling everything—careers, families, relationships—but somehow, our health always ends up last on the list. It’s no wonder we feel disconnected from our bodies, stuck in all-or-nothing thinking, and unsure how to follow through on our goals.
But here’s the thing: sustainable change is possible.
I created my coaching programs to give women the support, tools, and compassion they need to rediscover their strength and prioritize themselves—without the shame or rigidity that comes with diet culture. My approach is evidence-based and built on the belief that progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, celebrating small wins, and creating habits that fit your real life.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me teaching group fitness (my first love), chasing my little ones (16 month old son and 4 year old daughter), or relaxing with a good book or a binge-worthy Bravo marathon.. I’m a Bravo superfan who can’t get enough of the Housewives. (I’m always down to talk about the latest drama—but fair warning: if you’re a die-hard fan of Teresa, I might make you do extra planks).
