    Join two live workouts each week (T/TH 7am MST) to stay motivated and connected. Can’t make it live? Recordings are always available.

    • Replay past workouts or revisit your favorite sessions anytime.

  5. Reach Your Fitness Goals

    • From building strength and stamina to staying consistent, this program is designed to help you hit your fitness goals with the structure you need.

  1. What equipment do I need for the home workouts?

    • Dumbbells: Light, medium, and heavy weight

    • Resistance bands: Small loops and long loops

  2. What if I’m a beginner?

    • The workouts are progressive and can easily be modified for beginners.

  3. Do I need a gym membership for the gym version?

    • Yes, as gym equipment is included in the programming.

    • A well equipped home gym will also work well.

  4. How do live workouts work?

    • Join via Zoom—details are shared monthly.

  5. What if I need help with the exercises?

    • I’m here to answer questions and provide guidance in our private community.
