If you’ve done any of my seasonal eating challenges in the past, we’re switching things up a bit. I decided to tweak our concept to help cut out indecisiveness and make meal prepping easy for you. I’ve partnered with my cousin Candice and created a 28-day meal prep challenge with easy, nutrient dense meals that your whole family will love.
