6 Week Spring Wellness Challenge

A challenge for women who feel overwhelmed and are looking for support + accountability in creating their own healthy lifestyle without investing all their time and money
Program starts April 14th, 2019 at 10am at Pink Iron located on 3953 Wasatch, Blvd Millcreek, UT 84124.

If so, this challenge is made for you. Join myself and CPT Mimi Schneider this spring in our 6 week challenge. You’ll learn how to create your own healthy lifestyle that fits your goals, your needs and your schedule. We will keep you motivated with a community of strong women and help you discover balance and results.
Total Cost: $150.00
The 6 Week Challenge Includes:
-In person group training & weekly workshops every Sunday(with the exception of Easter weekend which will meet on Saturday April 20th) at 9am Starting April 14th
-weekly holistic lifestyle challenges
-42 recipes (7 new recipes each week, all dietary options available)
-2 new at-home workouts each week
-1 new gym workout each week
-a community of women to support an encourage each ohther along your journey
-holistic nutrition & lifestyle tips
-macronutrient tracking and guidance(optional)
-Guidance in how to measure and track your goals
-one grand prize winner*
Challenge Winner Details:
*Winner will not be based off total weight loss but based off of their participation in the program. Details on winner will be discussed in our first meet up on 4/14/19.
Support + Accountability
Weekly in-person checkins + training with Lindsay & Mimi. Our private Facebook group will be used to keep you accountable for your weekly challenges.
In addition to support from Lindsay & Mimi, you’ll join a group of women in person each week and have access to a private Facebook group to stay motivated & share tips and inspiration.
With our restriction free approach to nutrition you’ll feel satisfied and not deprived. Lindsay & Mimi will help you create habits that fit your personal goals and lifestyle.
