A 4-week program for those who are ready to dig into their emotional eating patterns and improve their relationship with food.
This 4 week program will help you identify why you’re emotionally eating and provide you with the tools needed to improve your relationship with food and reprogram how you use food to cope.

Felt like you couldn't trust yourself around food or blamed eating something on lack of willpower?

Note: This program is 100% through Facebook so you must have a Facebook account. If you don’t have one, I’ve had clients create a private account just for the content, and then delete the account after it’s over! All PDF/Worksheets and Video trainings will be available to download onto your computer, so you’ll be able to keep the content for life!

Private Facebook group will be used to keep you accountable for your weekly goals.
Community
In addition to support from Lindsay, you’ll join a group of women in person each week and have access to a private Facebook group to share tips and inspiration.
