This is my most structured program that will give you customized nutrition to reach your goals. If you have a aesthetic goal(fat loss, muscle building etc), performance based goals(to do 10 pushups on your toes or to squat you’re body weight, run a mile etc), or lifestyle/overall health goals(improving your cholesterol, having more energy, having better digestion), this program is for you.
If you are ready to put the work in and reach your health and wellness goals, we are ready for you. For 8 weeks we’ll be providing you with support, accountability, at home workouts, nutrition insight, and a community to help you stay focused and accountable.
All of my group programs meet you where you are at and provide you an opportunity to get focused on what you want and provide you with the tools to get there. You’ll have access to myself and Mimi Schneider Certified Personal Trainer to help guide as you navigate the path towards reaching your goals.
The 8 Week Program Includes:
-Weekly checkins with personalized feedback
-Nutrition topics to be covered: macronutrients, including customized numbers for you and your goals*, metabolic rates, energy balance, how to fuel your fitness, and more
-Customized nutrition to reach your goals
-Bi-weekly coaching calls (every other Saturday starting at 1/16/20, these calls will immediately follow our group workout)
-Weekly group workouts(Saturdays at 9am)
-All calls and workouts will be recorded
-Workout templates to get you to your goals(all workouts can be done at home)
-Virtual Happy Hours to connect with the community
-8 weeks of support and accountability
-Customized goal planning
-A community of women to support an encourage each other along your journey
-Virtual group meetings
-Private online portal(via slack) to view materials, videos and communicate with coaches and program participants
*if you have no desire to track your macros you don’t have to. In our first call we’ll discuss who it is and isn’t good for, and what you can do instead!
