This is my most structured program that will give you customized nutrition to reach your goals. If you have a aesthetic goal(fat loss, muscle building etc), performance based goals(to do 10 pushups on your toes or to squat you’re body weight, run a mile etc), or lifestyle/overall health goals(improving your cholesterol, having more energy, having better digestion), this program is for you.
If you are ready to put the work in and reach your health and wellness goals, we are ready for you. For 8 weeks you have access to support, accountability, at home workouts, nutrition insight, and a community to help you stay focused and accountable.
All of my group programs meet you where you are at and provide you an opportunity to get focused on what you want and provide you with the tools to get there. You’ll have access to myself and Mimi Schneider Certified Personal Trainer to help guide as you navigate the path towards reaching your goals.
The 8 Week Program Includes:
-Weekly checkins with personalized feedback
-Nutrition topics to be covered: macronutrients, including customized numbers for you and your goals*, metabolic rates, energy balance, how to fuel your fitness, and more
-Customized nutrition to reach your goals
-Coaching calls
-2 Virtual workouts per week(Tuesday/Thursdays at 7:15am MST)
-All calls and workouts will be recorded
-Virtual Happy Hours to connect with the community
-Customized goal planning
-A community of women to support an encourage each other along your journey
-Virtual group meetings
-A new customized client portal to access your documents and resources
*if you have no desire to track your macros you don’t have to. In our first call we’ll discuss who it is and isn’t good for, and what you can do instead!
Equipment Needed: You will need access to a variety of dumbbells, and bands. If you don’ have these at home we suggest renting some from Revolve Fitness Equipment(about $15/month) or purchasing a light, medium and heavy set to use at home.
