I am so excited to finally be partnering with my cousin Candice Berman to bring you a seasonal eating challenge. Candice has had a very different health and wellness journey than myself. She was diagnosed with SIBO then lyme disease and has been on a holistic healing path for the past 4 years. You can read more about her here. We’ve been talking about collaborating for years, and we are finally making our dream a reality!

Our 28-Day Kickstart Challenge is designed to help you eat healthy, nutrient dense foods without spending hours in the kitchen. Some of us have busy lives, families, & schedules and some of us just prefer to watch reality TV...either way we don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen.  That’s why we’ve created this 28 Day Challenge to help you eat healthy, seasonally, and spend less time cooking and more time soaking up the sun!

This 28-Day Challenge is divided into 3 different levels: Which one are you?


Level 1-Those new to nutrition, eat out a lot(at least 5X a week), travel a lot for work or have travel plans during the 28 day challenge, a beginner in the kitchen

Level 2-Those familiar with nutrition, cook meals at home a few times a week, eats out occasionally, or has some travel plans during the challenge, comfortable in the kitchen

Level 3-Those who cook 80-90% of meals at home, OG in nutrition, ready for a total reset,  a Kitchen Goddess

In our kickoff call on 3/30/19 at 8pm MST, 7pm PST, and 10pm EST, we will walk you through how to pick which level you should start at. You will not be left to figure this out on your own, we will be here every step of the way! We repeat, you are not going to be left alone!



What do we have in store for you? Each week we will be popping into your inbox with new recipes, accountability and opportunities to win some fun prizes. The last thing we want our kickstart to be is overwhelming (we get enough stress from everyday life, am I right?) This challenge is designed to make life easier for you, not more stressful! We’ve done the hard work for you, now you just need to get into the kitchen, crank up the music and get cooking!




What you’ll get:



Weekly Seasonal Recipes Guides-You’ll choose your level, so you get to choose how much cooking you’ll do. If you’re a Kitchen Goddess and you don’t have many travel plans you might be ready to dive in at a level 3. If you’ve never done a challenge before or you have travel plans you might be at a 1 or 2.  This program is designed for you to customize it to match your lifestyle. We will help guide you so you can choose the best level for you!


Customization- Recipes are  designed for all types of dietary restraints. So don’t stress if you have celiac disease, lyme disease, IBS, you’re lactose intolerant, vegan,  paleo or vegetarian. We said it once and we will say it again, this program is designed to fit your lifestyle aka your needs and preferences, we got you covered.  Recipes can easily be modified and edited to fit specific dietary needs, options are given under the “notes” section of each recipe.

Simple recipes, ingredients you can easily find. Have you ever done a challenge only to feel like you had to shop at 5 different grocery stores and then spend hours in the kitchen to prepare? Not in this challenge. Our recipes are simple, to the point, and of course they taste amazing(all recipes are taste tested by our meat and potato eating boos, and Candice’s fur baby Koa).


Support- Candice and Lindsay will guide you through weekly emails, interaction on social media and fun weekly challenges to keep you motivated and inspired.

Education-You’ll receive a variety of tools to add to your health and wellness journey. Topics to be covered; diet culture and diet mindset, learning how to listen and tune into your body, sustainable lifestyle changes to continue your healthy habits after the program is over.

Tips on how-to cater to a picky family without cooking multiple different meals.
