Week 3
Welcome to week 3! We hope you are feeling good about accomplishing a few goals this week! On Sunday we will be meeting at 10am at Pink Iron. You’ll have your ground workout followed by a foam rolling workshop. Lindsay will not be at this meeting, please make sure to watch the video below and let us know if you have any questions about the nutrition challenge.
Nutrition Challenge: Morning Ritual: how you start your day is how you spend your day. Pick 1-2 elixirs from the recipe guide and incorporate it into your morning. You should drink this before you consume anything else.
