Nutrition Challenge: Sugar challenge! Take a look at the ways you have sugar in your diet. We typically have a variety of added sugars as well as natural sugars. How often are you adding sugar into foods, drinks, etc? You challenge is to see where you can switch any processed sugars with natural sweeteners(honey, maple syrup, dates).
Fitness Challenge This week were going heavy before our cutting back, going back to our original fitness challenge numbers and setting up circuits at 80% of our Max.
