Week 1
AWARENESS
Welcome to week 1! We are so excited to get started with you. Below you’ll find access to your recipes(available Friday 4/12), and workouts(available Sunday 4/14). This week we want you to get in touch with your “why” for doing the Spring Challenge. We will talk about this in depth in our first meeting. Our first meeting is April 14th, 10am at Pink Iron bring a notebook and be ready to take your fit test & get a workout in!
This week we are asking you to create awareness in what you do(or don’t) eat. You’ll be recording everything you eat and drink in your notebook. This isn’t about portion size, or counting calories, it’s about writing down what you’re eating, and how you feel. We will go over details for your food journal on Sunday.
