Skills To Creating Change pt. 2

Welcome to week 3! Make sure you’ve watched the videos from week 1 &2, and have your goals worksheet filled out(also in week 1) before moving on to week 3. This week you’ll learn the next three steps to creating the right skills to make habits stick. Feel free to implement these skills into your behavior based goals for week 3.

To Do:

  1. Watch the webinar

  2. Set your behavior based goals for week 3-These goals could be different or the same from last week(if you didn’t hit your goals don’t be hard on yourself, just ask yourself what you need to do it order to reach them this week)

  3. Fill out the mindfulness worksheet

  4. Write your plan down in your calendar, planner, or whatever you use to track your schedule
