Welcome to week 5 Make sure you’ve watched the video from week 1-4, and have your goals worksheet filled out(also in week 1) before moving on to week 5. This week we talk about the BRIDGE method, which will help you apply the 11 skill to staying consistent. Your recipes this week show a sample of a 5 day meal plan to give you a sample of what your weekly meals could look like!

Set your behavior based goals for week 5-These goals could be different or the same from last week(if you didn’t hit your goals don’t be hard on yourself, just ask yourself what you need to do it order to reach them this week)
Write your plan down in your calendar, planner, or whatever you use to track your schedule
