Long Term Success

You’ve made it to week 6! Congrats! Look, it takes a lot to stick through a program so give your self some major props to making it here. As always make sure you’ve seen the videos from weeks 1-5, and have a notebook ready to take some notes!

To Do:

  1. Watch the webinar

  2. Set your behavior based goals for week 6-These goals could be different or the same from last week(if you didn’t hit your goals don’t be hard on yourself, just ask yourself what you need to do it order to reach them this week)

  3. Write your plan down in your calendar, planner, or whatever you use to track your schedule
