Alright girl, we are entering the last week of Quick 6! This week you’re going to get a few different video series walking you through how to keep consistency and how to use the recipes you’ve been given to continue to reach your goals.

If you feel like you haven’t been able to give your full attention to this program, don’t worry about it! We can't always give 100% ALL the time. Life changes and circumstances change and we can only do our best. The good news is you’ll always have access to this program, PLUS you’ll have lifetime access to future programs of mine.

A few of you asked about continued email support. Email support is only available to my current clients, so once this program is done you won’t have email support anymore. I’ve decided to keep it open for one extra week, so if you have some catching up to do and some catching up on any of the videos do that ASAP so you can get your questions in. It’ll officially close on 10/27/18.

Email support is always one of the most underutilized tool during my group programs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out! It might age about nutrition but there might be something else, like working through the mindfulness tips that you need help on. I’ve even been known to hop on a few phone calls because sometimes that is easier than going back and fourth through email! I love connecting with you so don’t be shy!
