What’s Stopping You From Hiring a Women’s Fitness Coach?

Here’s a belief that I see as a women’s fitness coach, that keeps people stuck, when it comes to improving their health:

It’s the belief that they should be able to figure it out on their own.

I hear this all the time…

  • “I shouldn’t need help.”

  • “I should just be disciplined.”

  • “I should be able to figure this out.”

  • “I should know better.”

That mindset is not helpful.

Think about it this way…

Therapists have their own therapists.

Doctors have their own doctors.

A lot of people that were successful, succeeded because they had a support team, and people helping them to achieve their goals.

Meanwhile, most of us are juggling work, kids, sickness, changing schedules, and a world that can feel overwhelming, just to name a few. We have a lot of challenges.

Can you improve your health on your own?

Absolutely you can.

But there’s a difference between choosing to do it on your own and shaming yourself, because you are struggling to do it alone.

Support is not weakness. It is a strategy.

And it doesn’t mean that you are failing.

It means you’re human.

If you’re ready to approach your goals with compassion and learn skills that will help you follow-though, join us in GSD.
