I know how difficult it can be to create a healthy lifestyle that lasts, and how frustrating it is to feel like you’ve failed after your willpower fades.

Me? I tried diet after diet, starting out the same each time - pumped, motivated, determined to reach my goals - but after a few weeks I’d end up ‘falling off the wagon’ and feeling like a failure.

I’d beat myself up.

It must have been my fault.

I can’t do anything right.

Or I’d convince myself that other people are just better at getting what they want and have what it takes and I simply...didn’t.

I hated my body for years in hopes that my bullying would eventually motivate me into changing (spoiler alert: it didn’t). I tried eating only certain foods, cutting out carbs, talking negatively to myself, working out excessively and tracking and obsessing over every morsel that went into my mouth.

I didn’t lose weight. My body didn’t miraculously change. And the cycle would repeat itself over and over and over again.   

So yeah, I know how you feel. I know it’s frustrating as hell when you commit to a program, buy it, and then don’t see the results you’ve been promised. Feeling defeated can make you want to give up on taking care of your own health - when you’ve tried so many times, what’s the point in thinking that this time it’ll work?

Newsflash: the problem isn’t you. It's the way these programs are set up. Most programs - no matter how many recipes, workouts, nutrition tips and tricks they give you - are missing a HUGE key to transformation, i.e. how to develop the skills to to make these new habits stick.

Look, I can give you all the recipes in the world. I can share tips on meal prepping and I can create a million different kickass workouts for you.  But none of that matters if you don't have the skillset to properly develop new habits. In fact, I HAVE done all of these things! I’ve created a million different resources that don’t get used because the basic foundation of creating and setting new habits haven’t been established. No more!

So in Making Habits Stick we’re heading back to basics.

I’ve worked with hundreds of clients who have reached their health and wellness goals.  But I’ve also worked with many who didn’t. It’s not that they didn’t have success from my recipes or working out - it’s that they couldn't apply the program consistently to their life.

I knew it wasn’t because they didn’t have good information; it was because they didn’t have the skills to consistently do the behaviors that got them to their health and wellness goals.  Their mindset wasn’t set for them to succeed.

That’s why I created Making New Habits Stick.  This program will help teach you the psychological, physical and lifestyle skills you need to make new habits hang around - for good.

Mindset? I know it might sound a little boring. It’s not as sexy or exciting as those ‘Drop 2 dress sizes in 6 weeks!’ programs (which are totally unrealistic, by the way, but you still see them everywhere).

Here are the facts: the way you approach any program is the biggest determining factor in you being successful or finding yourself self-sabotaging and giving up in 2-3 weeks.

As someone who has felt out of control around food, unmotivated and frustrated with not getting results, let me tell you: you can develop the skills that will help you achieve the results you want.

Growth and change doesn't happen by accident.  It happens with a very specific mindset and set of skills to get you from point A to B.

And as always with my programs you’ll be getting some recipes to help get your started with your new habits.
