Here we go! Welcome to making habits stick. I’m so happy to have you here, and I appreciate you trusting me to help you reach your goals. This week we are going to get clear on what we’d like to achieve, and write out our plan for the next 6 weeks. We will also be focusing on cultivating a growth mindset.
