Optional Sugar Cleanse + Implementation Week

Week four is here! Okay so this week is pretty simple. We are going to have an optional sugar cleanse which I will explain on a live webinar on Monday evening(which will be recorded and emailed to you so no worries if you can’t make it live), plus we are focusing on executing what you have learned so far. I want you to pull your Quick 6 notebook out and take a look at your goals. We are halfway through, are you doing everything you can to achieve your goals? Are you staying disciplined and consistent? Evaluate your goals at this time, you may want to adjust to change them slightly, that is totally fine.

Our webinar will be Monday 10/1 at 8pm. This call will be on Zoom, which some of you may have to download. I’ll be doing a screen share with you, so you’ll want to try and access the webinar from a computer or smart phone/tablet. Details to join the call are below:

Week 4 To Do: 

  • Listen to the live call(or replay)

  • Pick a shopping/prep day

  • Go through the recipes and pick a few meals to try out, and/or choose 5 days to follow the sugar cleanse

  • Schedule time to prep your meals for the week 

  • Set 2-3 goals you can achieve in next 7 days 

  • Evaluate your goals and make adjustments if necessary

  • Schedule your workouts 

  • Slay the week!!!
