Grain-Free Granola

Grain-Free Granola Ingredients:

1/2 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Pecans
1/2 cup Cashews
1/2 cup Tart Cherries
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Real Salt
3 tbsp Maple Syrup

Grain-Free Granola Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275F. 

  2. Mix almonds, pecans, cashews, and tart cherries in a food processor or blender.

  3. Pulse or gently blend the mixture.

    • I like my granola to have bigger pieces, so I just lightly pulse mine, if you like smaller pieces blender it a little bit more.

  4. Add vanilla extract, real salt, and maple syrup. Pulse 4-5 more times.

  5. Spread mixture over a coated baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, or until slightly golden. 

  6. Remove and let it cool completely.

  7. Store in an airtight container!
