LVL Protein Balls
LVL Protein Balls Ingredients:
1 cup cashew butter*
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (ground)
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds (ground)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup dried tart cherries (no sugar added)
maple syrup (optional, add to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp real salt
*You could use almond butter or peanut butter if you prefer. (If you're on a budget, peanut butter is the cheapest.)
LVL Protein Balls Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a large bowl.
I just use my hands and get messy with it, if you have kids this is really fun for them!
Once everything is mixed well, roll into small balls.
Store in an airtight container, in the freezer or fridge!
