PEACH AND BURRATA SALAD

Easy Summer Recipes

You’ve gotta get your peaches and tomatoes from the farmers market when they’re in season! The grocery store peaches just don’t compare to how juicy and flavorful local grown produce is. So get your ass off the couch — (it’s a pandemic, what else do you have to do) — and support your local farmers!

Towards the end of summer peaches and tomatoes are in season and FULL of flavor. Add some burrata cheese to them and you’ve got a classic summer combo.

Burrata means buttered in Italian. This cheese is the creamiest, smoothest, buttery cousin to mozzarella. It’s mandatory that you try this cheese at least once in your life.

Below I’ve got two easy & quick recipes. One involves no heat, perfect for these hot as hell summer days. The second recipe requires grilling the peaches… which makes them extra sweet and caramelizes the sugar — hell yes!
